Mitch Brown marathon for the Pat Cronin Foundation

Info Hub: |

The Pat Cronin Foundation team would like to extend a huge thanks to Mitch Brown, who ran a solo marathon today (42kms) to raise funds for the foundation.

Mitch ran from the Lower Plenty Football & Netball Club along the Yarra Trail and back in his PC12 singlet.

Mitch had never run a marathon before today but had been training by running up to 50kms per week to prepare for his marathon for the past 4 months.

Mitch’s words – “To the Pat Cronin Foundation, you are the reason why I even chose to run in the first place and I’m forever grateful to be able to play a part in raising vital awareness for your cause”.

Mitch has raised a massive $2,520 so far for the foundation. If you would like to help him reach his goal of 3k, please visit the link in the comments.

We are honoured and grateful that Mitch decided push himself to run a marathon to support the foundation and thank you to everyone who donated to support Mitch.
